A warm welcome back to all Georgetown Students, Faculty & Staff and Happy New Year! Over the break, Hoya Hospitality was hard at work testing recipes, updating menus, and gearing up to kick off the Spring Semester. To help you get back on track after the indulgent holidays, we have modified the Crop Chop menu to provide suggestions for delicious salads right here on-campus. This takes the guess work out of healthy eating, and you can focus on other exciting things in 2019.

Our two favorites include the Winter Seasonal Salad loaded with Spinach, Sweet Potatoes, and Apples or Very Veggie Salad which is packed with superfoods like Kale, Quinoa, and Avocado. The Campus Executive Chef has carefully designed these salads to incorporate a variety of flavors, but you always have the options to modify it based on your dietary restrictions or preferences.

During the winter months, it’s vital to choose nutrient dense foods to support your immune system. Whether you choose pre-made salads or create your own, this is an easy way to get your veggies in & stay on track.
