Wellness Wednesday: Consistency is Key
Holidays are synonymous with feasts and quality family time. Also associated with holidays are large meals that can often lead to upset stomachs and “food comas.” To avoid the dreaded post-meal fatigue eat regularly just as you would on a normal day. Skipping meals in anticipation of a large meal can lead to eating past your body’s level of comfort. Anticipate your holiday meal but remain consistent. Have a safe and delicious holiday season!
