Wellness Wednesday: Grain Bowls

The Table at Leo’s will be serving grain bowls all week during lunch at the Deli station. Here you can try grains & legumes like black barley, quinoa, farro, fava beans, and Anasazi beans. Whole grains alone are incomplete proteins, but when you mix them with legumes or seeds, they become complete proteins. Complete proteins contain all 9 essential amino acids needed for recovery and nutrient absorption
