Limited to one entry per student.

1. Complete the Form
   1. Fill out all required fields in the provided form with accurate information.
2. Show the Completed Form to the Cashier
   1. Present the completed form to the cashier for verification.
3. Request a Container
   1. After the cashier has confirmed your form, politely ask for a to-go container.
   2. The cashier will provide you with a reusable to-go container or bowl, whichever you request.
4. Fill Up Your To-Go Container
   1. Proceed to the designated area and fill your to-go container with your desired items.
   2. Note: Students must transition food from their plate to their to go container on their own if the station is not self serve. Staff are not allowed to fill to-go container.
5. Exchange Clean Container for a Token
   1. If you have a dirty container, clean all food waste before returning it to the Ozzi machine located on the upper level of Leo’s.
   2. When inserting, please make sure the barcode is facing up.
   3. Once your container scans, you will tap the button on the screen for a token at the desk at the lower level that you can exchange to receive a new container future use.

• If you have lost your complementary container or token, you can get a new clean container for a $7 charge.
• Please be advised that any service ware used in the dining halls intended for refilling with food needs to be cleaned in a regulated food service operation. This is the national FDA Health and Safety standard; therefore, no outside service ware is permitted in the dining halls. Outside service ware includes but is not limited to personal plates, bowls, Tupperware®, clamshells, cups, bottles, etc. Thank you for considering your fellow guests.
