Wellness Wednesday: Easy Bake Cookies

An easy way to destress is to bake cookies. In partnership with Georgetown Campus Recreation and Center for Student Engagement, Hoya Hospitality delivered healthy DIY cookie kits to students, faculty and staff on campus. These easy “3 Ingredient Cookies” are packed with fiber, vitamin B6, and minerals from bananas and oatmeal. Taking time away from studying and work is important for mental health and we suggest baking cookies as a great restful activity!
