Wellness Wednesday: Yogurt

Yogurt is a fermented product, it can be served in the traditional form, as a beverage, or as a frozen treat (yogurt bars, frozen yogurt). Yogurt is traditionally made with cow’s milk, but there are non-dairy options like soy, coconut, and oat yogurt. Nutritionally, yogurt is high in protein and is a great canvas for fresh fruit and crunchy toppings, which add micronutrients and fiber. At Leo’s, we serve Chobani yogurt products, which are always high in protein and free from artificial preservatives.
